Tabs include: selection and storage tips, nutrition facts, preparation tips, recipes, wine, beer and food pairings (on select departments), general information and trivia. Once the tab has been chosen, customers have the option of sending the information to their email account.

For the retailer:

• Remove the Fresh Food 411® Interactive Kiosk and materials from the shipping box.
• Follow the enclosed Retail Kiosk Guide (also available online and pre-programmed on the enclosed Samsung® GALAXY Tab™ tablet).

For the consumer:

• Just tap a department tab.
• Select a category.
• Choose an item.
• Pick an information menu tab.
• Email it (optional).
